Learning From Progress Addressing Cancer in Europe (OBS-PACE)
With Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan (EBCP), the European Commission follows a new approach to cancer prevention, treatment and care. The action ‘OBS-Learning From Progress In Addressing Cancer In Europe’ (OBS-PACE) contributes to this by improving the understanding of the national cancer control situation and policy actions in EU Member States.
Policies
The Policies section highlights government-led measures – such as laws, regulations, strategies, programmes and funding decisions – implemented at national, state or local level to advance efforts to beat cancer. Each entry outlines how policy was implemented, the lessons learned, and its impact on the health system.
With the filter and search functions, you can select cancer policies based on desired keyword, as well as country and EBCP dimension. You can also sort the policies chronologically or alphabetically.
