Background:

Vaccination campaigns across Europe are well underway and countries are looking for ways to make up for lost time during the initial rollout. The challenge is to get as many people safely vaccinated as quickly as possible while at the same time maintaining routine primary and specialist services. To achieve this, countries are employing medical doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other health workers at vaccination centres, primary care practices, pharmacies, occupational health services and nursing homes. What is the best combination of health workers and settings for which phase of the vaccination campaign? What lessons can be learned for improved workforce agility and a more effective skills mix? Join us in this webinar to learn more about the experience in different countries and what lessons we can learn to build back better.
