Yulia Litvinova

Yulia Litvinova is part of the Observatory team at the Berlin Hub, based at the Berlin University of Technology, which she joined during her graduate studies at the Berlin School of Public Health, Germany. Since 2021, she  has co-authored numerous country health profiles, including those focusing on non-EU countries in the WHO European Region. Yulia has worked on Observatory projects on health financing, re-use of population health data and personalized medicine.
