Shirley Popoola

Shirley joined the Observatory’s secretariat in 2008. As a member of the Finance team, her work focuses on the development of operational budgets, financial reporting to the Steering Committee and management of the WHO biennial workplans.   

She is a Business and Finance graduate with a background of auditing in the international insurance market; treasury management for a non-for-profit organization; and accounting for UK small businesses.
