Rebecca Forman

Technical Officer

Biography


Rebecca is a Technical Officer at the Observatory’s London hub and is based at the London School of Economics & Political Science. Her work focuses on health financing, priority-setting, and health systems. 

Prior to joining the Observatory, Rebecca worked as a Senior Health Policy Associate at LSE Health. She has also worked as a Research Assistant and a Program Coordinator for the Global Health Policy Team at the Center for Global Development in Washington, DC. She has provided consulting support for the World Bank, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and has published in academic journals including the Lancet, the BMJ, Health Policy, and Vaccine. 

Rebecca holds a MSc in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from LSE and LSHTM and a BA in Public Health from Brown University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Maastricht University. Her research interests include health policy, health financing, priority-setting, and vaccine policy.
