Paul Gitau

Paul is a member of the Observatory’s based at the Brussels Office.  

Paul focuses on general administration, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Operational and Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Financial Reporting for the Observatory.  

Paul has over 15 years of proven practical experience in Operations Management and Change management and their dynamics acquired during current and past positions. Handled complex challenges in all facets of operations management including but not limited to general administration, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Operational and Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Financial Reporting. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and blend well in a multi culture environment within the AFRO and EURO WHO regions. 

Paul holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce Degrees from the University of Nairobi in addition to advanced Diploma in CIPFA.
