Biography

Giada is part of the team contracted to work with the Observatory at the Berlin hub and is based at the Technische Universität Berlin.

Giada is an editor of Health System Reviews (HiTs) and for the Health Systems and Policy Monitor platform for Italy, Latvia and Slovenia. She is also involved in several Observatory publications, such as the State of Health in the EU profiles published by the European Commission. Giada‘s main research interests include integrated care, health care workforce, and comparative health systems. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Health at the Technische Universität Berlin and is also involved in teaching Principles of Public Health within the joint Master’s Programme in Public Health.

She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a Masters in Public Health from New York University (USA), and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language and culture from the School of Oriental and African Studies (UK).
