Céline Demaret

Céline Demaret is based at the Observatory’s Secretariat in Brussels, Belgium. 

Céline Demaret is Procurement Assistant with extensive experience in nonprofit international environments. She has over 15 years’ experience in administration with a specialization in procurement for programme implementation. In particular, she supports the Observatory’s knowledge brokering (publications) programme, but also the country monitoring, analysis and performance areas.
