Primary health care providers are the first point of contact. There are a number of telephone lines to contact dedicated for COVID-19.
There is a triage process for all patients. Mild COVID-19 cases can be sent home to self-isolate under surveillance, or to specially designated places of isolation.
As of 25 March, no specific clinical treatment protocols or pathways for patients with COVID-19 have been formally developed.
As of 25 March, no unlicensed treatments are being tested.
No information is available on rationing care for COVID-19 patients as of the 25 March.
